I always want to discover the highest peaks and the deepest valleys. I like to observe, I like to search, I like to guide. I want to find the most valuable element in every situation, in nature, in people, in organisations. It makes me very happy when I get to do that in the service of others, of learning processes, of change processes. Helping others to live and work based on their own authentic knowledge and wisdom. I draw on my own experience as a project leader and manager in business, and combine that with an analytical and intuitive approach. I am an enthusiastic person and a process-oriented trainer, someone with a keen eye and a sincere approach. I have a practical disposition and a calm demeanour. I work based on connection and always provide a safe atmosphere with room for humour and fun. The ability of each person to work with inner peace and attention is pivotal.

helpful and unhelpful behaviour

In leadership development we make a distinction between helpful and unhelpful behavior. Helpful behavior is the behavior we like to see from the leaders in the organization. Unhelpful behavior is behavior that is often shown with the best intention, but unfortunately doesn’t help. Usually we are unaware of this behavior. Unhelpful behavior has a negative influence on your leadership. Therefore, we pay attention to "unlearning" unhelpful behavior in our leadership programs and thus increase the impact of your leadership in the program.
