Energetic, flexible, approachable and with an eye for others. In my work, I know how to respectfully facilitate sustainable movement. I find it fun and important to make translations from board to workplace in an understandable way at every step. Because of my experience, energy and curiosity about people and their motivations, I am able to train at all levels of an organisation. Furthermore, I have a great affinity for sports, as an avid practitioner but also as a trainer.
With 20 years of experience as an account manager and executive, from small specialised teams to more generic large teams at corporations, I know how things work in practice. Using this experience as a trainer, coach and facilitator, I can easily make the connection between client situations and training issues. I ensure that the return on investment of interventions is demonstrable for both participants and the organisation.

helpful and unhelpful behaviour

In leadership development we make a distinction between helpful and unhelpful behavior. Helpful behavior is the behavior we like to see from the leaders in the organization. Unhelpful behavior is behavior that is often shown with the best intention, but unfortunately doesn’t help. Usually we are unaware of this behavior. Unhelpful behavior has a negative influence on your leadership. Therefore, we pay attention to "unlearning" unhelpful behavior in our leadership programs and thus increase the impact of your leadership in the program.
