Peter Wiersema

Trainer, facilitator, coach and consultant | works using the talent of people and organisations | believes in lifelong development and challenge | compassionate disruption | discovery and experience.

My passion is to connect people and organisations. I help organise and explore thoughts. Asking questions to allow people to find or rediscover their talent and individuality, connecting people’s talent to accelerate the development process and achieve lasting results. My belief is that when
people and organisation work based on talent, and thus more from their hearts, success and enjoyment will increase.

I enjoy guiding organisations and people on their path to finding and harnessing their Native Genius,
increasing agility and stamina and strengthening personal leadership. I prefer to work in co-creation
with the client and believe in enjoyable compassionate disruption. In addition to my primal faith in
infinite possibilities, humour is an important driver for me in training and coaching.

helpful and unhelpful behaviour

In leadership development we make a distinction between helpful and unhelpful behavior. Helpful behavior is the behavior we like to see from the leaders in the organization. Unhelpful behavior is behavior that is often shown with the best intention, but unfortunately doesn’t help. Usually we are unaware of this behavior. Unhelpful behavior has a negative influence on your leadership. Therefore, we pay attention to "unlearning" unhelpful behavior in our leadership programs and thus increase the impact of your leadership in the program.
