From my previous life in hospitality and facilities management, hospitality and customer service are very important to me. Coupled with my educational background and an enormous passion for people, organisations and data, working at Gooiconsult is a kind of Valhalla for me where I can express all these things with pleasure.

At Gooiconsult, I am the owner of the Impact Lab. This is the centre at Gooiconsult and the ROI Institute Europe where we collect all our data from measurements (evaluations, leadership scans, team scans, etc.) and use them to create and share unique insights and so become smarter together. An incredibly cool concept in which data-driven work takes on a new meaning and in which we can provide our clients with unique insights. Measuring fosters knowledge and helps us make impact truly demonstrable!

In addition to the Impact Lab, I find it incredibly fun and challenging to work on organisational and L&D issues with my educational background. I am the go-to person for Design & Development in particular. With a sharp and critical eye and in co-creation, we customise interventions and make them work for you and your organisation!
